Our source hierarchy
- Instructions supplied with the exact product and official manufacturer instruction downloads.
- Official manufacturer support articles and how-to material.
- Manufacturer product pages and announcements, for advertised features.
- Established retailers, for a listing's contents and regional product identification.
- Independent toy publications, for clearly attributed reporting.
User reviews, social posts and search snippets can suggest questions to investigate. They are not sufficient to establish a reset process, battery specification, complete mood chart or unlocking requirement.
What a citation means
A citation supports the claim beside it. It does not mean we tested the toy or that every statement on an external page was adopted. Some source pages load information through JavaScript; the source can still be consulted on the manufacturer's website.
Unknown and model-specific details
We identify gaps in verification. We distinguish a feature shared by product listings from a proven internal specification. Reader-facing tables must make any incomplete mapping clear. We do not silently import original Bitzee instructions into Aquarium, Doghouse or Peekimo guides.
Date and region
The launch research was checked October 10, 2026. Regional product numbers, included accessories and packaging may differ. Use the exact model and local instruction sheet when seeking support.
